Has anyone used the ARP Fridge Defend system to protect their Dometic refrigerator from permanent damage, and also their fan controller to improve the performance as well?
If so, what unit did you install and how have you found it helped?
With no leveling jack option on the Wonder, I am concerned that the refrigerator will not work well (they apparently don't tolerate operation when the unit is not level) when parked on a slant and eventually fail.

Hi,
I understand the concerns, and we try to be as close as level when possible. We are on our 3rd year with the Wonder and the fridge has worked without any issues other than what I consider the normal things you run into with this type of fridge. If it was to fail I would probably install the same type. I was looking at the compressor type fridge but would be concerned about battery draw when boondocking. We do have solar 400A and the house batteries that were installed when we bought the camper but not sure that would be enough stored power to keep the compressor fridge happy. I like the idea of lithium batteries but living in the northeast and the cold how it affects the batteries I am not sure it would be a good choice for us. In short, the only item I might add to the fridge is a fan inside to help circulate the air.
FYI: RV Lifestyles had levelers installed in their 2021 Wonder.

Thanks Charlie! That is very helpful. Just subscribed to your Youtube channel too. Kyle
They also have the newer fridge which has a 12 volt compressor as well as 110 volt and propane heaters. I have the same one and I love it. There have been a few that the door falls off but in talking with Triple E it can be the small pins that the door pivots on.
I hope we will hear about the "fix".
