I bought my Unity January 8, 2021 based on the reputation.
I was disappointed with the warranty service.
I had added an Onan diesel generator, factory installed, and found that after 2 hours 20 minutes of use the check "low oil level" came on. I checked dip stick and it was full. I called my dealer in Kalispell MT and they could not tell me what the problem solution was. After many calls I reached the Cummins company only to find that the "low level" light goes on after 20 hours of use - there was no way I put 20 hours on that generator.
Nobody was of any help in resolving this issue!
Happened on mine around 20 hours, and I reset it per manual instructions and light disappeared. Expect the next light at 50 hours for the oil change notice.
