Title: Service work at non-LTV dealers?
Post by: Craigsimon on April 28, 2021, 05:52:38 pm
I have a Unity on order from a dealer 5 hours away from my home in Memphis, TN.  Can anyone share experiences with getting service work done away from an LTV dealer?  I am concerned about a non-LTV dealer's lack of LTV knowledge.

Thanks.

My dealer is over 20 hours away. I am not to concerned about service issues. When they happen I will deal with them and Mercedes dealers are all over for the most part.

Todd W,
MB dealer will not deal with your LTV warranty problems.  Only with the chassis.

Thanks for letting me know. I will also make sure to stay away from dealers like that. Mesa will work on it no matter where it came from. Probably same reason why they gave me over $10k off and the same reason I have a 2nd unit on order 2 year out. Out 1st one comes next month. I guess people need to find dealers who play nice in the sand box and sounds like you need a different dealer? Good luck.
