Title: Re: Macerator dripping where it connects to piping.
Post by: Bibiane Gravel on December 05, 2022, 09:24:06 pm
Sounds like one of your dump valves is not closing completely, but you should not have any dripping from that area.  What may have happened is that one of the bayonet tabs could have broken off, allowing the leak.
On some macerators the adaptor on the macerator with the tabs can be unscrewed and replaced.  On some it’s part of the macerator.
The dump valves do need periodic lubrication and seal replacement.

Anyone knows the bayonet brand and part number that connect to the Wonder
Macerator?

It's a standard RV sewer hose connection. Nothing special. My guess is that the gasket has been damaged/removed unless the actual valve housing is cracked.
