Title: HDMI Cables
Post by: kenj356 on October 27, 2025, 11:52:34 am
We just upgraded from a 2005 Sprinter MB Cruiser to a 2014 Unity 24mb. The previous owner changed the TV to an 32"  Insignia Fire Stick set and it has 2 HDMI cables connected to it. I can't see where these cables originate. There are no accessories like DVD player, game console, etc. Does the Unity have built-in HDMI cables that terminate in a cabinet somewhere? I haven't found where these cables go since they enter a cable wrap inside the TV cabinet.

Not sure if the same pathways but the 2016 IB Unity has a cabinet behind the drivers seat (top left of stove row of cabinets) with a console for TV and DVD connections. I discovered this when I found the HDMI couplers were pulled apart by the previous owners.  I was unable to string new cables so I had to (microscopically) replace each of the wires to a new coupler.  The HDMI cables entered from that cabinet and headed off to the DVD player/radio and the TVs in the galley and bedroom.  Can show pics if that would help.
