Is the "White" in White Suede Metallic?

I was told by a salesman that the white base of the color "White Suede" is not as bright as the Euro Sport white, rather, off-white. Not being able to physically see this paint scheme, can anyone confirm if it is off-white and if it may be a metallic color? I'm having a tough time picking a color for our FTB. If it is indeed a metallic white, that would be awesome. Thanks.
