Hi David, I just picked up my 2nd Leisure Travel Unity so I’m obviously a fan of the brand. It is well made and easy to drive. My first one was a 2017 TB and this one is a 2026 Rear Lounge. I love both! The rear lounge offers sleeping in back while the front can be used by another person and always tidy. I looked at the FX too but decided I want two completely separate living/sleeping areas that can be closed off by a door. I really liked that about our first LTV TB. There is something about traveling in a motor home that is enjoyable to me so whether to fly is a personal preference. I have a dog so for me it’s a no brainer…no dog no travel🤣. There are less expensive class B and Cs out there, but I opted for quality. If you prefer a Ford engine, the Leisure Travel Wonder is less expensive and offers all the same layouts, I believe. Good luck!

I also have a '26 Unity (CB). I inherited a 30amp and a 50amp from my uncle and figured why not but the 30amp doesn't seem to be working so I'm wondering the same thing. Do I need to spend another $300 or is the onboard protection sufficient? I guess I could also use the 50a with a 30a dog bone but not every place will offer 50a service.

I can’t help on the location, but if you are registered as an owner on LTVs website, the manual should be downloadable there. On the RL it’s under one of the jump seats, but the MB is very different. I think the transfer switch has a reset if I remember right
Have you plugged in to a different outlet? I would expect you to pop a circuit breaker on the circuit breaker you were plugged into at the house/outlet, I would check that. If you are lucky, that popped and the sound you heard was power turning off at the transfer switch. I’ll cross my fingers for ya! You can also try just cycling power with the main switch. I always try the easy stuff first.
I think there is a way to limit the input power on the inverter so you don’t pop breakers, check the manual for that. We’ve switched to a Victron so I’m no help there either.

Hi everyone, we purchased a 2023 Wonder MBL and I think I damaged the transfer switch. I plugged my shore power into an extension cord and into a 15 AMP plug thinking I was setting up a trickle charge for the batteries, like I did for my Thor ACE. After a while there was a loud thud like noise around where the shore power inlet......then it stopped. The generator still powers the cabin and charges the batteries fine but the inverter readout doesn't show swithched to shore power any more. Does anyone know where the transfer switch is so I can check it? Also, does the shore power plug have any kind of a circuit breaker. I checked the main circuit breakers in the cabin and they are fine. Thanks for your help....it's an adventure!
The wife and I bought a 2023 Thor Palazzo 2 years ago with plans for friends and family etc. coming along and, predictably, we’re looking to downsize. Nobody comes along, it’s just us in this huge bus, and it’s a PAIN!
We’re looking at a new Unity FX. Went and saw one in person today and I really think it would be perfect for us.
A few items I’d love input from you all on. We had a bad experience on our first rv purchase. We were new, didn’t get a great PDI, had a ton of service issues that they never resolved, etc. just made every trip stressful.
Do you all ENJOY your RV? Is it a JOY or pain? What are the common issues? What’s build quality? Typical upgrades?
I saw 3 new ones and a 5 year old one someone traded in for a new model, all were in immaculate shape and looked great.
Help me decide…. Do I want to downsize or just sell and go back to flying everywhere?

Hey all - just took possession of our new-to-us 2014 Unity RTB and want to get some nice sheepskin covers for the cab seats. I know that Leisure Travel recovers the Mercedes seats, but not sure if seat covers designed for the original Sprinter seat profile would still fit well. Anyone found covers that work well in their Unity? Thanks!

This access panel covers the bolt connectors for the TV within the galley. I know, I removed the TV for more storage in the galley area.

If you're still interested in Starlink Mini, Best Buy has them on sale now for $229. Don't know for how long. Fee structure has changed a bit. Now they charge a minimum $5 fee to keep your account active, but speed is limited to 500 kb (NOT mb). Good enough for emails and SD streaming.
