Didn't get the IR out for the last short trip, so maybe today. The concern is both outer/inside tires read similarly, again the pressures of both match the left side dually. As it turns out getting a pressure reading on the back tires is a bit involved so the TPMS is useful for both, the inner was the one I was most concerned about, so I added the monitors to all 6 tires (and probably would to any towed equipment). As it turns out the TPMS was fantastic when I developed stem leaks on on both my front tires after a tire change, I knew of the leak prior to damaging the new tires.
The unassembled TPMS system that came with the RV is TST 507, has been worth the cost (if I needed to) despite potentially getting too much superfluous info, will update after IR readings.

Jim, I hope you’ve been successful in your LTV! I am currently looking into hitch storage boxes for my 2017 unity, and have settled on the stowaway to Max box with either the fixed or swing away frame. I noted that you opted for the swing away frame, as well as a hitch extender. Given the recessed position of the LTV hitch under the rear bumper, did you find that this was the only/best combination of frame hardware to bring the box out far enough from the rear face of the vehicle to allow the box cover to open fully? I was hoping to do without hitch extender as the manufacturer indicates that this reduces storage load by 30%.
I am a retired real estate investor living in North Texas. Not a dealer, reseller, or scammer. I bought this 2024 Leisure Travel Van Unity 24RL new in January of 2024. Due to recently developed issues I now want to sell it. It’s in perfect condition and has, I believe, most of the options LTV offers. I’ve included a few pictures of the unit, but the best and most efficient way to see this it (facsimile) is to go to the LTV website. Link: Unity - Videos - Leisure Travel Vans . It’s been driven approximately 1,300 miles. We’ve never even used the microwave, shower, stove, or some of the other items. We replaced the very uncomfortable OEM mattress with a very nice, comfortable one. However, it’s too thick to allow the bed to be folded up into the wall. We still have the OEM mattress and all the cushions if you prefer. We’ve only taken 2 short trips. My price is $195,000 firm and it’s ready to go on a trip. I’m not sure how to provide additional information but will do so if you want. Also included is a Stowaway 16 cu hitch-mounted storage box with extender, locks and removable storage bins, a Cuisinart CGG-180 Petit Gas Grill (Red), a 25’ fresh-water hose, and a 30 amp/110v pig tail. Unit always stored inside and kept clean. Please, no dealers or consigners.

On our last Sprinter based RV, A Galleria, I found that having the Propane turned to the "ON" position caused the solenoid to draw about an AMP. This would kill the chassis battery in a couple of weeks. Don't know if our LTV works the same, but I leave it off if the coach is not in use.

I agree the Sprinter forum (Sprinter-Source.com) is a valuable source of owner info. Besides general Sprinter info, it even has a well supported section dedicated to LTV Unity specific issues. These guys really know their stuff.
As a cautionary note, stay off the "Off topic" sub-forums that are totally unmoderated and full of political arguments and incendiary rhetoric. (unless that is your thing)
I also noticed the temp on the R rear dually will run anywhere from 10 to 50 degrees warmer than all the others, although the tire doesn't feel particularly warm. The tire pressures rise and fall appropriately and equally with speed, regardless of temp readings The exhaust is just in front of the R rear dually, just behind the galley door. Has anyone had a similar issue where the temp sensor is reading the exhaust more than the tire temp?
Which (or both) of the RR tires shows this temp difference. Is it only when stationary or do you see this while driving. I don't monitor the temp on my RF TPMS sensors, but the PSI is about the same on all four rear tires on a 2019 Mercedes chassis. Hopefully the IR temp reading will confirm that the difference is with the remote sensor.
Edit: I see you only mentioned not knowing the inner tire{s}. I installed aftermarket sensors (valve cap) on all 6 of my tires. Not sure what type TPMS you have.

WIth the dually tires I was uncomfortable not knowing the pressure of the inner back tires, so the solution was a TPMS that was already in the box in back of a 2016 Unity I bought 2 years ago. After installing it (and now knowing why the previous owner hadn't gotten around to doing it) I noticed that the pressure readings do increase as expected especially with highway travel. However,, I also noticed the temp on the R rear dually will run anywhere from 10 to 50 degrees warmer than all the others, although the tire doesn't feel particularly warm. The tire pressures rise and fall appropriately and equally with speed, regardless of temp readings The exhaust is just in front of the R rear dually, just behind the galley door. Has anyone had a similar issue where the temp sensor is reading the exhaust more than the tire temp?
I do have an IR temp gun coming to actually measure the tire separate from the sensor, so hopefully not an issue. This may be a case where there is just plain too much information. That then becoming perplexing and misleading just by the hot exhaust flowing over the dually with TPMS sensors--that is I hope. Any thoughts appreciated.

I just wanted to share this info as it may be very useful to those of you who want to do their own maintenance or customizations to their Sprinter-based motor homes.
There is a forum of Mercedes Benz Sprinter owners, mechanics, outfitters, etc. called "The Sprinter Forum." It is free to join and use. It is full of all kinds of information, questions, answers and useful stuff on Sprinters. I have found tons of helpful things on here.

If your chassis is a 2019 or newer you have the MBUX display on your dash. MidCity Engineering makes an upgrade that can be installed by an RV dealership or Van Upfitting shop that allows you to pull up your rear view camera at ANY speed on your MBUX display.

A SmartShunt is a great suggestion, this will help greatly with monitoring your Lithium battery state. The smart shunt connects through the VictronConnect phone app and displays battery percentage, amps displayed as positive represent charge, amps displayed as negative represent draw, estimation of how long batteries will last based on current energy consumption, and more!
If you have a 12V fridge this will run about 50HRS off of your battery with nothing else running.
When you are not plugged into shore power make sure your inverter is off.
Make sure when you are not plugged into shore power you turn off your water heater, furnace, water pump, lights, winegard, digital TV antenna, fans. These all being off will help to conserve power.
If you find that you wish for more off-grid capacity there are some very easy upgrades that can be done!
Option 1: Add 2 more GC2 battleborn lithium batteries in the exterior storage compartment where the inverter is located. This would add an additional 200Ah of lithium battery! Battleborn GC2s are about $1,000 each plus shipping.
Option 2: Replace the existing battleborn GC2's under the stepwell with an Epoch 300Ah battery or 2 Expion360 162Ah GC2s. Epoch batteries are a great low cost option for a quality lithium battery. Expion360 is a reputable battery brand although is much more expensive. Both of these batteries have an advantage that there is an internal bluetooth battery monitoring system. Meaning you would not need to add a shunt to monitor batteries.
The 2025 Unity's are coming with a 270Ah standard battery or a 540Ah optional 2 battery system.
Note on aftermarket batteries: The Expion360 GC2s are slightly taller than the battleborn GC2s so you need to make a slight modification to the top lip of the battery compartment for them to go in.
The Epoch 300Ah battery is 1/2 inch deeper than the GC2's. In some cases some of the fuses or wiring has to be moved over slightly in the battery compartment to fit this battery.
