Can someone provide some guidance regarding how to remove the covers (grilles) that are on the audio speakers that are mounted on the ceiling in a 2019.5 Unity 24MB?

I believe I have a short or a loose connection in one speaker (it becomes hot to the touch), so I'd like to check the connection and possibly replace the speaker.
