Wall Sockets Under Warranty?

I just bought a 2020 Unity RL and one of the outlets doesn't work.  Does anyone know if they are under warranty?  It isn't getting any power at all but all of the rest of them work.

Thanks for any help.

What kind of trouble shooting have you done on that outlet. Did you check breaker and all gfi outlets? Should be a easy fix with a little trouble shooting.

I actually figured it out.  It seems that some of the sockets are not on the inverter and only work when the generator is running or you are plugged in to shore power.  :)  Didn't realize that was a thing.

You can if you want put all outlets on the inverter. You just have to change a couple wires up for all outlets to be inverted. If so  I would make sure to have a 3,000 watt inverter. Glad you got it working.
