Hi all,
My 2014 UnityMB  has been enduring several days of rain now, and water started dripping in last night. Seemed to be around the slide, but water has been appearing around the front of the sink area.

I searched for threads on roof or slide water leaks, but found nothing here.

HELP! I can't get an appointmment for anyone to look at it anytime soon because of the holidays. Not afraid to DIY and open to any suggestions in the meantime.

Sorry to hear about your water intrusion. Can you fill-in some blanks:
- Where did the water start dripping from? (The water in front of the sink area has likely migrated from its original place of entry.)
- Was the slide open or closed during the rains?
- Was the van actually level or on an incline, even slightly?
- Were the rains wind-driven from a particular direction?
- When was the last time that the slide gasket was checked and/or replaced?

Well, the rain has let up, and I've had a chance to assess a bit more.

We are in Pacifica, CA, and the wind and rain have been really blowing hard with this upper atmosphere river over the western coast and inland.

The topper over the slide now has a rip in it, thanks to all the wind ripping between the RVs here in the parking lot style park. so that probably explains part of it.

The RV was on a 2 degree incline the wrong way (downhill from the slide toward the RV). The incline didn't register in  my mind until after I posted and did some internet searches. I feel like, "Duh!" on that one looking back. I used some blocks to get it closer to level - 0.5 degrees.

I haven't checked the slide gasket and I don't know how to do it yet, but I suspect you are on target that it needs to be replaced. Do you know how to go about checking it? And is a slide gasket a commodity item that I can buy or do I have to get it from LTV? Their Parts Dept. is closed until the 3rd, and all the RV repair guys around here are covered up with work until late January.

I ordered some Dicor to re-seal the skylight which I believe is the first place  rain was coming in besides around the slide, and that it moved through the wall. and floor The back of the RV faced the prevailing wind which was pretty fierce. The Dicor is supposed to come Jan. 3rd.

I bought a tarp as an interim solution, and luckily the forecast is for no rain for the next few days. It's still pretty Windy (12 mph average) but I got a 10 mil tarp and I have some time to figure out how to keep it in place.

Do you or anyone know what the deal is on fixing the torn slide topper? Can the fabric be replaced or is this a replace-the-whole-deal and order-it-from-the-factory kind of thing?

Glad to hear you discovered the likely source of the water infiltration. Since my LTV does not have a slide, I'll have to defer to others that may be able to help regarding inspection and replacement parts.
