Cabin lights and water pump won't come on

This is a 2022 Unity RL.  I am helping my in-laws de-winterize it, and found the coach lights, overhead fans, and the water pump would not turn on.  Other components such as the slide out stairs and the Firefly touch screen for controlling the coach would turn on no problem.  I then tried connecting to external power as well as running the generator.  With both, I was able to power on the TVs, DVD player, etc. but the same 3 items (coach lights, overhead fans, and water pump) would not power up, so power in general is working ok, but there is something specific to these items whether on battery power or on shore/generator.

This RV has the Freedom XC Pro Inverter, and in troubleshooting, I found something that is probably related.  While on battery power, when I power on the inverter using the button on the front, it will power on for about 8-10 seconds, and the power off.  When it powers off, I can hear an audible click coming from my right when facing it (near the shower), so it sounds like a breaker is tripping or similar, but the breaker box is in the opposite direction, and when I check, I haven't found any tripped breakers.  When the RV is connected to shore power or on the generator, then the Inverter powers up and works/displays as expected.

My father-in-law had some electrical issue in the past (hard to tell if it was the same thing), but he called the place he bought it from and they had him go through the steps he refers to as the "G-12 problem".  He described this to me as taking off a panel in the bathroom that is inset in the shelf on the right as you walk in, and there are a number of plugs.  There is a specific one that you need to unplug and leave disconnected for 15 min.  I assume this is hard resetting the inverter based on other posts I read.  I also read that sometimes it takes several hours for this process to take, so I left it disconnected last night (12 hours), and tried again this morning, and no dice.

Has anyone come across this, and if so, any suggestions?

If this is on the firefly system, have you tried turning on the lights and water pump from the touchscreen?  The switches themselves are all wireless, so it’s possible the batteries are dead and/or they need to be re-paired with the system.  If they work with the touchscreen that’s the likely culprit.  If you don’t get a little green light on the keypads when you hit a button, that’s a good indication the batteries are dead.  I think they are just regular CR2032 if I remember right.

It doesn’t sound like the inverter since the tv, etc runs fine.

Hello,
Im having the same exact scenario on my 2023 Wonder RL. I did have a G12 Fault indicated and submitted a service request to Firefly yesterday.
What resolved your issue?
Thanks

You can remove the small panel in the bathroom kind of behind the tv and that’s where the G12 is.  If you turn off the coach switch power, then disconnect the one single connection wire on the back of the unit and give it a minute it will reset.  Then turn back on the coach switch.  If it happens again after that you may have some issue.  But I’m no expert so I would just call Firefly and have them talk you through it, they were very helpful with me - we did end up needing a new G12 unit, but there was also an issue with the SeeLevel Soul that took a call to LTV to fix.  I would recommend calling both, too much back and forth for email fixes :)

I have a 2022 Wonder RT and encountered the exact same issue of cabin lights, fan and water pump not working.  Also on the panel the grey and black tanks were reading as 100% full even though they were empty.

Thanks to the advice in this forum I was able to fix the issue by doing the G12 - hard reset - by;

Turning off battery switch
Opening the panel in the bathroom
Unplugging an orange wire with a blue connector (in slot J17 I believe)
Leaving it disconnected for 15+ minutes
Plugging it back in and turning the battery back on

Everything now seems to work properly.

It was a bit overwhelming to open the panel and see a maze of dozens of wires and it felt a bit like I was defusing a bomb.  All of the other wires were yellow and wired the same where the orange wire was the only unique one. And for me it did the trick.

It’s so nice to have 2019 Wonder without that panel that seems to need resetting.
Flip a light switch, lights come on!  No opening panels, etc!
