Topic: How many solar panels on 2025 Unity CB (Read 5490 times) previous topic - next topic

So when I ordered my Unity, it seemed the options for solar panels were either one or two.  But when I watch many of the videos and look at pics, most seem to have 3 panels (or in a few cases even more).  A lot of the videos are from LTV on presumably new units.
Can anyone shed light on that? (pun intended).

I don't know when you ordered, but AFAIK, the option choices were 200W or 400W. Typically solar panel's rated output are 100W, 200W, ...etc. So the actual number of panels is irrelevant. The mix of panels might be different depending on availability and the amount of real estate on the roof.
In my case  (IB) I had the 400W option and I have 4 100W panels.

In production right now; ordered a few months ago.
I get what you're saying.  Maybe I made the incorrect(?) assumption that each panel was 200W.

Update: Dealer informed me that mine will have (4) 100W panels.
