Just wondering on a ford chassis would you rather buy a used model that’s older with less miles or a newer model with more miles?
I’ll give an example 2023 wonder with 46,000 miles or 2017 with 18,000 miles. Everything else being equal

2023 will be a gas engine, which are not known for high mileage.
2017/will be a diesel engine, which are well known for high mileage.
So I would buy the 2917. My current 2019 wonder, with diesel has 50,000 miles, not a single trip to the Ford dealer for any repair or warranty work, except routine maintenance.

After having both gas and diesel motorhomes, i could never go back to a gas engine.  power, mileage. noise (due to higher rpm) were all worse on the ones i owned.  The more simple diesels are gone due to all the emission controls, but even with the DEF etc. hassle, I'd still go with a 2017.
